The openroom artisthotel is an installation which offers artists who are involved in a project, an exhibition, concert or show in Hamburg an around the clock room for the duration of their working period.
RECEPTION Access is via a closed-door code. The code is given to you when you register online via email. You don't have to pay to stay at the openroom artisthotel. More information: "The Small Print".
The interior is more than simple. There is a "vestibule" and five small cabins with bull's-eye portholes.
The openroom artisthotel was announced as a pilot project for the duration of 12 months. Actually, the openroom artisthotel is extended until December 2013 (the openroom artisthotel thanks the Hamburger Kulturbehörde).
The openroom artisthotel is a project of noroomgallery in cooperation with Urs Ulbrich.
